A beautiful day at the pool on the banks of the Albemarle Sound. As I have written in prior posts, I take pics everywhere to the point of obnoxiousness, but good compositions and light wait for no one. Yesterday, the clouds had settled in, and it wasn't a time to be outside painting, I started going through my inventory of pictures for a possible studio painting and came across some I had taken earlier this summer at the pool at Scotch Hall Preserve. Most were of all the kids churning up the water, but these two watching all of the rowdiness were too good to pass up.
