Another painting from some of the pics I took in the kitchen at the Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs. There were a lot of young skinny apprentices in there, but this heavy looked the part like no other hammering down on some cheese with his filet knife. I'm not sure what they thought of this bum walking through with paint smeared on his clothes and face taking pictures of them, but they were very accommodating and allowed me to get some good ones to try in the studio.
