There is nothing more comfortable than a light Northeast Wind on the Outerbanks in the middle of July. These vacationers couldn't couldn't get enough of it as they stayed out there all day. The next day, they were out there early in the morning with the umbrellas up and ready for another beautiful day. I set up behind them for a quick study.
