It's Memorial Day weekend. You've just finished third grade. There's no more school, no baseball games scheduled and all of your friends are camping out at Taylor's Landing on Salmon Creek. Your dad lets you and your buddies pile in the Boston Whaler and paddle it out to the run by yourselves to do nothing but eat chips, drink sodas and do cannon balls off of the bow.
