After a good day offshore and you're coming back into Oregon Inlet on an incoming tide with a light Northeast wind, you better check to see if there is any beer left because no matter how big your catch is in the cooler, there's no better way to end the day than to drop a line or two and make a drift for some flounder. 16x20
This is my first commission painting and actually putting people/figures on the canvas. I was a little hesitant at first until left with the option last night to either get on with it or come up stairs and get two kids bathed and put to bed. I got on with it.
