I have driven by this old barn many times, and finally decided that the early afternoon when the the big oak blocks the sun enough to cast some good shadows on the left side of the rusty roof would be the best time to try and paint this. On Saturday afternoon, I set up in between two old grain bins to catch the shady side of this old structure before the sun moved.
