C'mon in My Kitchen

12 x 16
On the last day of my workshop with Randall Sexton (http://www.rcsexton.com) it was raining, so we set up in the bunker discussed in my prior post. In Walls Gallery there are several paintings of the Greenbrier's Chefs, and I've always loved Ken Auster's (http://kenauster.com) chef paintings. We were told by one of the hotel management team that we couldn't go into the kitchen and take pictures due to all of us being in there at once. I had to leave early, and on my way out I saw three chefs walking down the hall with their high white toques and some important looking administrative tags on their aprons. I told them that I was there for the art class and asked it I could follow them into their kitchen to take some snaps of the other chefs working. It was their kitchen, and they didn't mind a bit. We walked in, and an impromptu announcement was made to let everyone know what I was up to, and everything continued on as normal.
